Building Power for a Multiracial Democracy & The Public Good in 2019

MVT focused on developed young leaders of color to increase civic engagement in their communities, contributed to campaigns to advance civic access, and fought for the rights and resources for people marginalized by the political and economic systems.

In 2019, MVT led a movement-building electoral strategy to shift the relations of power in Massachusetts by:

• Providing Data, Tools & Training for Integrated Voter Engagement

• Training Leaders from Impacted Communities

• Advocating for the Wealthy to Pay Their Fair Share in Taxes

• Preparing Communities of Color for the 2020 Census
